I established Blake Property Group to provide focused, commercially minded advice to landowners, developers and investors across the Eastern region.

My work centres on land acquisition, development opportunities and strategic property advice. Over more than 25 years in the land and property sector - I enjoy understanding the objectives behind each instruction, identifying where opportunities exist and helping clients navigate the process from an initial conversation through to a successful outcome.

I have built my business around relationships, local market knowledge and a practical understanding of the land and property market. I also undertake consultancy work within the biodiversity net gain sector, advising on opportunities connected to the emerging BNG market.

For me, good property advice is about being commercially aware, straightforward to deal with and focused on delivering the right result.
